Dear Leader,
If you're frustrated over having to say it twice, you're in for a long life.
Being a broken record comes with the territory. Not only are you going to have to say things multiple times over, you're going to have to get creative with different ways of saying it. Sometimes, people need to hear the "why" more than once and from many different angles before it finally clicks. This is completely normal.
When I think back on various scenarios in my own growth, I remember needing the same thing from my leader many times. And I'm grateful they stayed patient with me until I got it.
Lighten up. Don't resent it so much. Be the leader to others that you would want for yourself.
